We are Parabhairavayoga, a community dedicated to spreading the teachings of Non-Dual Shaivism of Kashmir worldwide. Our goal is to establish an educational center and an Āśrama in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and we are currently raising funds to achieve this goal at: www.givesendgo.com/YogaFoundation.

Our mission is to promote the science of Yoga globally, with the sole purpose of making this world a better place to live. We believe that the teachings of the Sacred Texts of Yoga, particularly Trika Shaivism, which we are called to preserve and impart, are for the benefit of all people in today’s modern society.

We aim to create an educational center and an Āśrama in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The word Āśrama comes from Sanskrit and means "Hermitage/Monastery." It is a place where people live in community, dedicated to the study of sacred texts, contemplation, and spiritual retreat. Life in Āśrama-s is simple and peaceful, allowing for the study and meditation. These Āśrama-s are open to everyone, regardless of religious belief or caste. The educational center’s purpose is to impart, educate, and promote the values and traditional knowledge of the science of Yoga through various activities.

OUR CHALLENGES:

​

Currently, two pieces of land in Buenos Aires have been donated for the construction of the Foundation, which will include both an educational center and an Āśrama. However, we lack sufficient funds for the legal establishment of the Foundation in Argentina and for future construction.

​

• In this first phase of the campaign, our goal is to raise funds to establish the Foundation as a legal entity in Argentina.

 

• In the second phase, we wish to support the relocation of Gurujī, our community’s founder and spiritual leader, along with his wife Gurumā. They are currently living in Moscow, where the situation is becoming increasingly problematic. Due to the ongoing war, their noble work of helping spiritual seekers worldwide has begun to be affected, and their plan for next year (2025) is to move permanently to Argentina, near the future Āśrama. Additionally, since they are two of the three founders of the Foundation, they need to travel to Argentina to sign all the paperwork. We do not have any digital solution available due to the current problematic situation in Moscow.

• In the third phase, we aim to support the construction of the educational center and the Āśrama.

 

Establishing a legal entity in Argentina is our first step. Until we have the Foundation established, we cannot raise funds as individuals directly in Argentina due to legal restrictions. Therefore, for this first phase, we have decided to launch the campaign in Canada, where a dear member of our community resides.

According to our calculations, we need to raise a total of 15,000 USD (20,000 Canadian dollars) to cover the initial capital for the Foundation, Gurujī and Gurumā’s round-trip to Argentina, the cost of legal and tax fees, various taxes, bank transfers, and any unforeseen expenses.

​

All members of the Parabhairavayoga community contribute money and work for the common good. However, to achieve larger goals, we seek support from a wider audience.

We are deeply honored to carry out this task, but as with everything in God's Plan, we need His help to fulfill this difficult and arduous mission. Therefore, we humbly ask for your help, as we cannot do this alone without your generous contributions. The current economic situation in Argentina is highly vulnerable, and this is why we find ourselves in the position of needing to ask for help from other kind and benevolent souls of God.
